Thank you to everyone who submitted to The Masters Review Short Story Award for New Writers. We nearly doubled the number of submissions from last year and are thrilled to be considering so many wonderful stories. Our readers are already at work and we hope to have the winners and honorable mentions announced in early September. Every submission is considered carefully. Thank you again for your support!
The winning story will be awarded $2000, publication, and agency review from GELFMAN SCHNEIDER / ICM PARTNERS, the Jean V. Naggar Literary Agency, Inc. in New York, and the Amy Williams Agency. Second and third place writers will earn $200 and $100 respectively, publication, and agency review.
